  Love the service!! Whenever there is any concern it is quickly taken care of with no questions or issues. And most of all with fantastic attitudes, the customer service is on point. (Which a lot of people/companies lack these days!) Thank you for your hard work Byrds we love your service! And I love that I don't have spiders in my house ;) Also I'll add that the communication between company and techs to customers is greatly appreciated.

  Byrd Pest Control is my #1 referral to anyone asking for a local pest control service. John Byrd answers contacts promptly, and answers all questions with compassion, integrity and professionalism. I appreciate the organic solutions he offers, also. He came out to my home and identified a bug that had swarmed my property. He was able to assure me that it is just a garden bug passing through. What a relief! I appreciated that he took my concerns seriously, and that he diligently researched the situation until he had an answer and a recommendation for treatment.
